I fisrt found this announcement at 9:00 am(UTC + 8:00) in 6.18,even before 'rainkmc' was added,and after the registration I read the rules carefully.As far as I concerned ,the key thoughts behind this announcement were 'DO NOT JUST COPY THE RESOURCES DIRECTLY ' and 'PAY RESPECT TO THE MAN WHO SHARED THE RESOURCES',instead of the separation of these three communities.
More than that,I want to share my own opinions on the developments of Doujin Vocie Communities.Rainkmc is more ,as for me,like a 'community'  where we can share opinions and experience, discuss about the Doujin Vocie and etc.Meanwhile, the southplus and HVDB focus more on the distribution of resources.They are not separated.On the contrary,these three communities meet the different demands of our life with Doujin Vocie;They are complementary.

不要发直链，就是把不要他们内部的下载链接（mega等）那种直接发到我们这边的论坛上；
自己手动下载然后再用度盘上传分享就没问题，这种操作一般叫做“分流”？

“分流”的操作过程在中国大陆的地区的确过程如您所述，这只是个过程。但在这里强调的不是这个单向的过程，而是双向的，并且出发点是不同的。
想在中国分享，你需要经过“分流”以百度盘的形式分享，在国外，你需要经过“分流”以MEGA，Katfile,Rapidgator,Uploaded,Mexashare等方式分享，这都是为了目标分享受众更加便捷地得到资源的所必须的过程。
从出发点的角度而言，正如我上面所述，尊重资源的分享者，不能简单的“复制，粘贴"链接。而是通过“reupload”保证最初分享者的权益不受侵犯和骚扰。
